Policies

Reservations:

  • Group Day Retreats: Reservations are accepted up to six months in advance, starting from the first day of the intended retreat month.

  • Group Overnight Retreats: Reservations can be made at least one month and up to six months in advance.

  • Individual Retreats: Solo day retreats are welcomed, providing guests with access to our serene grounds.

General Policies:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all reservations.

  • Service animals are welcome, but we cannot accommodate pets.

  • Retail sales are not permitted during hosted group events.

  • The Center is a smoke-free facility, situated on the smoke-free campus of St. Mary-on-the-Lake.

  • Please note that the Center is not responsible for the safety of participants or their property.

  • The Peace & Spirituality Center reserves the right to refuse service based on our mission and religious beliefs.

  • Groups using the Center should note that this does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace.

      The Peace & Spirituality Center welcomes individuals, spiritual communities, and non-profit groups whose mission aligns with the values of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace. As one of their ministries, we are deeply committed to promoting peace through justice and embracing diversity. We encourage you to review our policies below to determine if the Peace & Spirituality Center aligns with the mission and purpose of your group, organization or event. 

Group and Event Guidelines:

  • We warmly welcome individuals, spiritual communities, and non-profit groups whose mission aligns with the values of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace.

  • We are unable to accommodate for-profit groups.

  • We invite groups and individuals to use the Center for prayer, reflection, retreats, and renewal. However, we are unable to host weddings, funerals, parties, or similar social events.

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday - Thursday:   8:30am - 5:00pm

  • Friday and Saturday: 9:00am -4:00pm

  • While we strive to accommodate a variety of needs, we are unable to host events during the evening or on Sundays.
