Peace Circles

Coming Soon:
We believe this practice is something anyone can offer. Peace Circles are not limited to formal settings—they are a way of being that can be brought into conversations with friends, family, colleagues, and communities. They nurture healing, foster dialogue, and help us become more present to one another.

Starting next year, we plan to offer an annual Peace Circle Guide Training, a one-day Saturday workshop to equip people to hold these circles in their own communities, families, and workplaces. Because peace is contagious—and healing ripples outward. Stay tuned!

A space to nurture inner peace, connection, and healing

Part of our Disarming Our Hearts, Becoming Peace series, our Peace Circles offer a monthly space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—with ourselves, with others, and with what truly matters.

Held monthly on the first Thursday evening of each month, these in-person gatherings invite participants into a circle of compassion, presence, and deep listening. There is no pressure to fix, solve, or perform—just the gentle invitation to be present and let peace do its quiet work. Due to the nature of the session, participation is limited to 15 people per circle to preserve the intimacy and depth of the experience.

Peace Circles are grounded in the belief that inner peace can lead to healing—within ourselves and in our relationships. Through shared reflection, honest listening, and simple practices, we begin to notice what needs tending, release what no longer serves, and reconnect with the wholeness that is already within us.

Facilitated by Beth Light, a nurse and experienced guide, Peace Circles are open to anyone seeking renewal, connection, and a path toward healing and hope.
