Seasonal Retreat Guides
Throughout the year, many spiritual traditions invite us to pause and reflect through seasons of preparation, celebration, gratitude, hope, renewal, and remembrance. This collection of retreat guides was created to accompany some of those special moments, including Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, and other significant occasions observed within the Christian tradition.
While these retreats are inspired by the liturgical seasons, they are designed in a way that welcomes people from a variety of faith backgrounds—or no particular faith tradition at all. The themes explored within these guides often touch on universal human experiences such as hope, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, peace, renewal, belonging, and purpose.
Whether you are seeking a structured retreat experience, a meaningful way to observe a particular season, or simply an opportunity to slow down and reflect, we invite you to explore the guides below and choose the one that speaks most to your heart.
All retreat guides are offered as a gift and may be requested free of charge. Those who wish to support the ministry of the Peace & Spirituality Center will have the opportunity to make an optional donation when requesting a resource, though no contribution is ever required.
Lent & Holy Week
While each guide is created for a particular season and year, it does not have an expiration date. You are welcome to return to any of these guides whenever it speaks to you: whether during its intended season or at another moment when its reflections feel right for where you are.
This is a growing collection, and additional guides will be added throughout the year as new seasons and opportunities for reflection emerge. We invite you to return often and discover what is new.
